1. New password sent does not work

    When you request a new passwords we will send this to you by email. Please allow up to 10 minutes for the email to arrive. Note that the email may have gone to your junk/spam folder. When you have located the email, please read it carefully. The new password will not work until the link in the email has been clicked. By clicking the link your will be automatically logged into the site. If you wish to change the password to one that is easier to remember please select the settings option from the member menu in the top right of the screen.

  2. I paid to upgrade my membership but its not showing

    Unfortunately we are not able to offer instant upgrades. We will however make sure you are upgraded as soon as possible and within four hours

  3. I just joined but I can't access anything!

    Please check your inbox for the verification email. Inside is a link for you to click to complete your sign up. Please be aware that the verification email may have landed in your junk/spam folder

  4. How do I change my password?

    From the member menu in the top right of the screen select Settings. The password fields are a little way down on the left. Fill in both password fields with your new password and scroll down to hit Save.

  5. I can not enter the chat room

  6. How do I change my username or email?

    User name and email address are protected and can not be changed by members. If you would like to change either of these, please use the contact form below and let us know your current and new details. When changing the user name, please do a search to ensure your new name is not already taken. User name changes are not available to free standard members.

    If you see access denied when trying to add more photos or videos, please first check that you have not reached the limit of your plan. If you have not reached your limit, please use the contact form opposite and we will reset your allowances
